Our Story

How it all began...

Finishing college I went to work in a Private Day Nursery for 7 years, working with children aged 3months - 4 years. I loved it! I loved building relationships with the children, watching them learn and develop and setting up activities for them and being creative with resources making learning through play fun and watching the children use their imaginations.

Looking for a new challenge I decided to go into Nannying. I found a lovely family and I worked with them for the last 8 years. Everyday I would set up different activities for them which they loved. We got Messy, had fun, laughed and the children developed in all areas of learning.

In 2022 I gave birth to my daughter, Harper. After being on maternity leave and the children I looked after now all going to school, I decided to go on a new venture and start my own Messy play group - Messy Tots.
